Andrew D. Hamilton of Salem, Nebraska passed away June 19, 2015 at Lincoln, Nebraska. He was born September 3, 1933 at Salem to the late Clyde and Elsie (Marsh) Hamilton.
Andrew served in the United State Army from 1953 until 1955.
Andy was an avid outdoorsman and a collector of Native American artifacts. He was a scholar of National Geographic information. Until his retirement he operated a dairy farm at his residence West of Salem.
Andy is survived by a brother, Edwin “Michael” Hamilton of Topeka, Kansas and his children R.J., Courtney, Gina, Celeste and Michael and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother George and a sister Phyllis Beer.
Mr. Hamilton has been cremated and no services are planned.
