Doris L. Oliver, 92, of Falls City, NE, passed away April 16, 2016. She was born March 28, 1924 at Falls City to the late Harry and Lillian (Nelson) Wamsley.
On May 28, 1941 she married Paul H. Oliver at Hiawatha, KS. He passed away April 11, 1998.
Doris was raised at Falls City and Kansas City. When married the couple established their home in Falls City. She was a homemaker and lived her entire life in Falls City. She attended First Baptist Church at Falls City and was a Camp Fire and 4-H Leader.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Diane Rieschick of Falls City, half-sister, Marian Ozarski and her husband Daniel of San Antonio, TX, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Janet E. Lewis, and half-brothers, Billy, Harry, Clifford and Frank Harger, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Steele Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Yount officiating.
