Ramona M. Chesson, 57, of Falls City, NE, passed away February 8, 2017 at Falls City. She was born July 2, 1959 to Bernard and the late Dottie (Hinsley) Stewart.
On August 1, 1998 she married William Chesson at Omaha, NE.
Ramona was raised in Omaha and graduated from North West High School in 1978. After the couple married they moved to Falls City in 1999. Ramona worked at CRT and was a homemaker and raised her children. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Ramona is survived by her husband, William of Falls City, sons, Matt Cook of Blaire, NE, Darrell Chesson and his wife Michelle of Blair, Andy Cook and his wife Kristin of Bennington, NE, Billy Chesson and his wife Elise of Honolulu, HI, Daniel Cook of Norfolk, VA, Robert Webster, Ricky Chesson of Ft. Riley, KS, Allan Chesson of Falls City, father, Bernard Stewart of Omaha, brothers, Billy and his wife Cheryl of Ft. Worth, TX, Frank of Ft. Meyers, FL, Bernie and his wife Sue of Omaha, sisters, Brenda Eggum and her husband Craig of Omaha, Bridget Geater of Ft. Meyers, fourteen grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and grandchild Kasch Chesson in infancy.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Thomas Dunavan as the presiding priest. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Omaha.
A Parish Rosary will be recited on Sunday at 6:30 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends following the rosary.
