Vicky S. Lowe

Vicky S. Lowe, 66, of Rulo, NE, passed away September 20, 2017 at Falls City, NE. She was born February 26, 1951 at Marceline, MO to Howard and Betty (Riddle) Hayes.

On November 30, 1968 she married Lloyd “Chuck” Lowe at Falls City. They divorced in 1989.

Vicky moved to Falls City and attended Falls City Public Schools. She was a homemaker and worked for the Bridge Café as a bartender and waitress before taking employment at Flair Fold Shutter Factory. The last 20 years she has been employed at Community Medical Center. She retired in February of 2016. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Rulo.

Vicky is survived by her companion, Henry Roberts of Rulo, sons, Chuck Wayne of Robinson, KS, Mark Anthony and his wife Sehoya of Falls City, brothers, Leroy and Larry Hayes both of Falls City, sisters, Helen Mandery and Linda Waggoner both of Falls City, grandchildren, Sydney, Abigail and Gabriel Lowe of Hiawatha, Lorelei and Liliana Lowe both of Falls City, Henry’s son, Cooper Roberts and his wife Dawn of Auburn, KS and their children Josi and Jacob, Henry’s daughter-in-law, Cindy Kirkpatrick of Rulo and children, Ashley and Alex and grandchild, Katelyn. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Kristy Jean Lowe, brothers, Paul Dean Hayes and Michael in infancy, sister, Debra Lynn Lear and Henry’s son, Grady Kirkpatrick.

A memorial service will be held on September 30, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Father David Oldham officiating. Inurnment will be in Rulo Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Family Choice.
