Keith L. Adams, Sr., 59, of Falls City, NE, died December 19, 2004 at Falls City.  He was born November 1, 1945 at Jansen, NE.

He married Deborah Bestwick and they were later divorced.

Keith graduated from Fairbury High School at Fairbury, NE.  He moved to Falls City and worked in the oil fields.

Keith is survived by his sons, Clayton and his wife Rachel, Ralph, Ira and Keith, Jr. all of Falls City, a daughter Karrie Adams of Lincoln, NE, a brother, Russel and a sister Cheryl, four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Brandon Adams and one brother.

Funeral services will be held December 23, 2004 1:30 PM at Dorr & Clark Funeral home with Pastor Theta Dame officiating.  Interment will be in Cornelison Cemetery at Reserve, KS.

The family will receive friends December 22, 2004 from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home.
