Judy L. Foster, 67, of Falls City, NE, passed away February 28, 2010 at Falls City. She was born July 26, 1942 at Falls City to the late Harold and Dorothy (Coon) Cheever.

On March 11, 1962 she married James Foster at Falls City. He passed away July 3, 2008.

Judy was raised at Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1960. She attended Midland Lutheran College at Fremont, NE for one year. The couple established their home in New York and later moved to Fort Knox, KY, living there for 25 years. They moved to Bellevue, NE in 1986 and lived there until retiring in 1996 and returned to Falls City and have lived here since.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Heather Paxton of Bellevue, granddaughters, Brittani Paxton of Bellevue, Chelsea Paxton of Colorado Springs, CA, and Cheyenne Paxton of Bellevue. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a grandson, Dalton Paxton.

The body of Mrs. Foster has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
