Joan Malcolm, 70, of Houston, TX, formerly of Falls City, NE, passed away July 2, 2010 at Houston. She was born November 30, 1939 at Pawhuska, OK to the late Frederick and Betty (Acton) Bowles.
She married Charles Malcolm in 1957 and they were later divorced.
Joan is survived by her daughter, Cheri Brown and her husband Steve of Omaha, granddaughter, Lindsey Steward of Omaha, sister, Pat Biondo and her husband Sam of Houston, two step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Todd and a granddaughter, Amy Jo Lyons.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Lyle K. Schoen officiating. Inurnment will be in SteeleCemetery.
The family prefers memorials be made to M.D. Anderson Skin Center, Houston, TX, in memory of Joan Malcolm in lieu of flowers.
