Marceline M. Bahr, 77, of Stella, NE, died May 5, 2005 at Falls City. She was born April 6, 1928 at Shubert, NE to the late Arthur and Viola (Nichols) Berg.

On December 3, 1947 she married Virgil L. Bahr at Verdon, NE. He died June 4, 1965.

Marceline was raised in the Shubert area. After she was married the couple made their home in the Falls City area. They then moved to the Stella area where she continued to live until entering Falls City Care Center.

Marceline is survived by her son Dennis and his wife Judy of Stella, a daughter, April McConnaughey and her husband Clarence of Auburn, NE, sisters, Maxine Kuker and her husband Norman of Falls City, Dorothy Bond and her husband Harry of Nashville, IN, three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, Dale and three grandchildren.

Funeral service for Marceline will be held May 9, 2005 11:00 AM at Stella Community Church with Pastor Michael Schmidt officiating. Interment will be in Prairie Union Cemetery.

The family received friends 5-6:00 PM at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home.
