Anna Margaret "NiNi" Frederick

Anna Margaret “NiNi” Frederick, 92, of Falls City, NE, passed away December 9, 2019. She was born July 27, 1927, to Jess Marion and Anna Mary (Haunhs) Hall.

NiNi was educated at the Sacred Heart Schools in Falls City, graduating in 1945, and at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, MO.

She married Lawrence Edward “Dick” Frederick on August 7, 1947. They have two children: Mary Elizabeth Frederick (Colin Quesnell) of San Francisco, CA, and Christine Marie Brown (Randy) of Sandia Park, NM.

NiNi was hired by the Sacred Heart Board of Education as the first secretary/bookkeeper for the school system. She retired from that position after nearly 25 years, but remained active in the Sacred Heart Alumni Association and as a volunteer whenever the church or school needed her experience and enthusiasm.

She is survived by her sister, Elaine Marie “Totty” Krieger of Midlothian, VA, and her brother Charles Robert Hall (Lou Ann) of Coburn, PA.

NiNi was preceded in death by her parents and six of her siblings: Mary Frances “Mef” Mullane, Richard Marion Hall, Eugene Joseph Hall, Madeline Helen Wranosky, Jess Philip “Junior” Hall, and John William “Billy” Hall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Lawrence Stoley as the presiding priest. Interment will be in Falls City Catholic Cemetery.

A Parish Rosary will be recited on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
