Betty Brzon

Betty Brzon, 80, of Falls City, NE, passed away September 13, 2017 at Falls City. She was born March 29, 1937 at Falls City to Orville and Alberta (Brazau) Bauman.

She married Samuel A. Brzon on November 21, 1959 at Falls City.

Betty was raised at Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1955. Betty worked at the Falls City Creamery before she was married, then Stephenson Hotel and cooked for Eaglets Day Care from 1975 to 1978 and owned and operated her own day care from 1979-1980. She then worked for 12 years at Falls City Telemarketing, Betty worked 6 plus years for the National Foster Grandparents Association at Head Start. She is a member of First Christian Church of Falls City and Order of the Eastern Star at Humboldt, NE.

Betty is survived by her husband, Sam of Falls City, daughter, Marcia Harmon and her husband Leland of Falls City, granddaughter, Samantha Harmon of Falls City. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Herman Bauman.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at the First Christian Church with Reverend Fay Ann Blaylock officiating. Interment following service at Steele Cemetery.

The family will received friends on Sunday from 1-2:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
