Charles Kreifels

Charles Kreifels, 58, of Falls City, NE, passed away July 23, 2018 at Hiawatha, KS. He was born February 23, 1960 at Falls City to Bernard and Mary Kathryn (Finck) Kreifels. 

Charles was raised at Falls City and graduated Falls City Sacred Heart High School in 1979. He then attended Benedictine College and then attended carpentry trade school at Atchison, KS. He returned to Falls City to farm with his father and also worked a variety of jobs. At the time of his death he owned and operated Season Lawn Care in Falls City. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.

Charles is survived by his sisters, Mary Lou Morris of Sedalia, MO, Patty Ziesel and her husband Mike of St. Joseph, MO, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Rick Morris.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father David Oldham as the presiding priest. Interment will be in Falls City Catholic Cemetery.

A Paris Rosary will be recited on Friday at 1:00 PM at the church. The family will greet friends following the rosary.
