Jim Wickham

Jim Wickham, 62, of Falls City, NE, passed away December 27, 2019 at Falls City. He was born November 4, 1957 at Falls City to Donnie and Sandra (Miller) Wickham.

He married Arlene Baumgartner on May 21, 1977 at Sabetha, KS.

Jim was raised at Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1976. He then attended Southeast Community College at Milford and graduated as a diesel technician. He then took employment for NEK Truck and Tractor and worked there for 9 years. In 1986 he started work as the parts manager at Armbruster Motor Company. In 1992 he became employed as a mechanic at Stan Boos Auto at Hiawatha. He retired in 2012 due to his health. He was a member of First Christian Church, Falls City Riding Club and the Maple Leaf Squares at Hiawatha.

Jim is survived by his wife, Arlene, son, D. J. and his wife Alisa, mother, Sandra Wickham, grandchildren, Michael and Malesa all of Falls City. He was preceded in death by his father.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Charlie Robinson officiating. Inurnment will be in Maple Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 from 6-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.

Open viewing begins Tuesday afternoon until 7pm and resumes January 1st after 12:00 PM.
