Kathy Johnson

Kathy Johnson, 66, of Falls City, NE, passed away April 20, 2019 at Omaha, NE. She was born February 6, 1953 at Torrington, WY to Johnny and Margaret (Frederick) Sudbury. 

She married Dwayne Sailer and they were later divorced. She married Roger Johnson on February 14, 1983 at Gillette, WY and they divorced in 2005.

Kathy was raised on a ranch at Guernsey, WY and loved working on the ranch. She was a waitress in various restaurants and also transported railroad workers to different locations. She moved to Falls City in 1996 and worked waiting tables at A & G Restaurant and also White Cloud Casino. She worked at Falls City Care Center in the Dietary and Housekeeping departments until retiring in 2003 due to her health.

Kathy is survived by her son, Daniel Sailer of Wheatland, WY, daughter, Kathi Jo Wilcox and her husband Chris of Falls City, Step-son, Scott Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, mother Margaret McCurdy and her friend Richard Gerdes of Falls City, grandchildren, Emilee, Lakoda and Evan Sailer, Mataya and Keira Wilcox, Naya, Wayne and Elisha Johnson.

Her pet dog, Charlie. She was preceded in death by her father, brother, Jim Sudbury, sister, Beth Sudbury.

Her memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Fay Ann Blaylock officiating.

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
