Mike, Jeff, and Aunt Betty,
I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Wayne's passing. I have such good memories of his warm and friendly demeanor. I have posted a favorite photo of Wayne, Helen, Glen, and Betty that I hope you will enjoy.
It is uncertain whether we will be attending the service on Tuesday. That coincides with the first day of classes at Washburn.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I taught with Wayne many years ago at Dawson Verdon and he was a wonderful man. I was just beginning my career and he help and encouraged me so much. Please know I am praying for all of you during this time and hold on to the wonderful memories you have. He touched so many young people! You have my sympathy.

Wayne extended the lives of dozens of persons in the three state area through the many helping hands he provided CPR training that enabled them to render aid when called upon. Wayne was always thoughtful, kind, and caring and provided our community many volunteer hours.
