Bill Morehead

Bill Morehead, 67, of Barada, NE, passed away October 28, 2025 at Falls City, NE. He was born August 29, 1958 to Marion and Helen (Reschke) Morehead.

Bill was raised on a farm near Rulo, NE and graduated from Falls City High School in 1976. Following graduated he farm with his father and for Raphel Majerus and then later worked for Rich Niedfeldt, retiring in 2021. He rode bulls and did team roping for many years and loved his dogs. He especially enjoyed being a great dad and grandpa. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Bill is survived by a daughter, Josie Morehead of Verdon, NE, mother, Helen Morehead of Falls City, brother, Bob and his wife Deb of Rulo, sister, Barb Vice of Falls City, grandson, Jona William, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

A Parish Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the rosary.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Jim Meysenburg as the presiding priest. Inurnment will be in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
