Carol Frederick

Carol Frederick, 71, of Falls City, NE, passed away March 3, 2022 at Falls City. She was born November 29, 1950 at Falls City to Nelson and Caroline (Faller) Merz.

She married Leon Frederick on August 30, 1969 at Rulo.

Carol was raised in rural Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1969. When married the couple established their home on a farm east of Falls City. She was a homemaker, farm wife and Vice President of Salem Grain. She loved to sew, garden and take videos of her grandchildren and babysitting all of her grandchildren for the past 26 years and spending time garage saling with them and finding bargains and toys. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

Carol is survived by her husband, Leon of Falls City, children, Amy Voltmer and her husband Andy of Mound City, MO, Gary and his wife Jamie of Falls City, Roger and his wife Laura of Falls City, three brothers, five sisters, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve and Linda Frederick, grandchildren, David (Tabitha) Frederick, Cody (Kelsey) Frederick, Jared Frederick, Dylan Frederick, Gracie Frederick, Hunter Voltmer, Josh Frederick, Emma Frederick, Brody Voltmer and Morgan Frederick, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father David Oldham officiating. Interment will be in Fricke Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed on Dorr and Clark Funeral Home’s Facebook page.

A Parish Rosary will be recited on Sunday at 6:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the Rosary.

Viewing will begin Saturday afternoon at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
