Gale Yoesel

Gale Yoesel, 85, of Stella, NE, passed away December 15, 2021 at Auburn, NE. She was born January 25, 1936 at Falls City, NE to J. Jarrett and Opal (Houtz) Shineflew.

She married Donald Yoesel on July 24, 1955 at Stella, NE. He passed away January 12, 2015.

Gale was graduated Stella High School in 1953 and when married the couple established their home in Stella. She worked as a seamstress at the Auburn Sewing Factor and also enjoyed sewing for herself and others. She moved to the Good Samaritan Home in Auburn in 2018. She was a member of Stella Community Church.

Gale is survived by her daughters, Deanna Lewis of Wichita, KS, Darla Yoesel of Lincoln, NE, sisters, Glee Price of Pawnee City, NE, Gaye Cheever of Wichita, KS, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Donald, Jr. and a brother, Gary Shineflew.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Prairie Union Cemetery with Pastor John States officiating.

No viewing or visitation. Friends and family may sign the guest book at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home during regular business hours.
