Josh Georges

Josh Georges, 36, of Shubert, NE, passed away October 28, 2018 at Falls City, NE. He was born January 18, 1982 at Monroe, LA to Thomas Georges and Angel (Ralph) Georges.

Josh was raised in the Barada area and graduated Southeast Consolidated High School in 2000. He attended University of Nebraska Lincoln and Creighton University and graduated with a radiology technology degree. He served an internship at Fremont Hospital, then worked at Community Medical Center at Falls City and was currently employed at Hiawatha Community Hospital at the time of his passing. During college he worked installing underground cable during the summers. He was a member of Barada Methodist Church and the Falls City Elks Lodge.

Josh is survived by his parents, Tom Georges and Angel Georges both of Barada, brother, Thomas and his wife Nicole of Rulo, sister, Christina Georges of Barada. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven N. Nelson, Jacob Georges and his grandparents.

His funeral will be held on November 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Prichard Auditorium with Pastor Wayne Shafer officiating. Interment will be in Harris Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 PM at Prichard Auditorium.
