Keith Gerweck Obituary

Keith Gerweck, 71, of Falls City, NE, passed away February 19, 2024 at Falls City. He was born August 24, 1952 at Falls City to Harold and Dorothy (Martin) Gerweck.

Keith was raised on the family farm northeast of Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1970. Following graduation, he attended SECC at Milford and graduated in 1972 as a diesel mechanic. He then returned to the family farm and farmed with his father and ran the family dairy. He was a lifelong farmer and dairyman. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church at Arago and also a member of Mid America Dairyman Association.

Keith is survived by an aunt, Mary Ann Koelzer of Rulo and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Caleb Hile as the presiding priest. Interment will be in Falls City Catholic Cemetery. (due to a poor wifi signal and cellular reception, the Mass is unable to be streamed)
