Lucille Yoesel

Lucille A. Yoesel, 98, of Sabetha, KS, passed away March 20, 2025 at Sabetha. She was born October 10, 1926 at Falls City, NE to Elmer and Amelia (Zimmerman) Scheitel.

She married Kenneth P. Yoesel on May 9, 1948 at Falls City. He passed away January 20, 2016

Lucille was born and raised east of Falls City. When the couple married, they established their home for 2 years in Falls City and later moved to Morrill, KS and continued to live there. She was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a cook at the Fountain Villa in Sabetha for a couple of years. She was a member of North Ridge Church at Sabetha.

Lucille is survived by her sons, Kent and his wife Belinda of Union, TN, Mark and his wife Marie of Willamina, OR, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son in infancy, brothers, Marvin and Wilbur Scheitel and a sister, Evelyn Gatz.

A Graveside service will be held, Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. at Steele Cemetery with Pastor Charlie Robinson officiating.

No viewing or visitation. A register book may be signed at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home during regular business hours.
