Marguerite Packett

Marguerite Packett, 76, of Falls City, NE, passed away August 14, 2024 at Falls City. She was born February 10, 1948 at Falls City to William and Wanda (Sisk) Rhodd.

She married Patrick Packett on December 23, 1969 at Falls City

Marguerite was raised at White Cloud, KS. She was employed at various nursing homes, starting out as a CNA and then becoming the housekeeping and laundry supervisor at Ketter Manor and Midland Villa Nursing Home. She retired in 1999 due to a work injury. She enjoyed playing bingo, the casino, her grandkids and great-grandkids and loved to help people. She was a member of the First Brethren Church and the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska.

Marguerite is survived by her husband, Patrick of Falls City, son, Patrick of Falls City, daughter, Brenda Lunsford and her husband John of White Cloud, KS sister, Wanda Craig of Falls City, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Joseph, grandson, J. D. Lunsford, brothers, Ronnie and Jerry Rhodd and a sister, Georgia Rhodd.

Marguerite has been cremated and no services will be held at this time.
