Mary Margaret Crofford

Mary Margaret Crofford, 102, of Falls City, NE, passed away December 6, 2020 at Falls City. She was born January 5, 1918 at Falls City to Earl and Kate (Shouse) Clark.

She married Robert Casey on November 25, 1937 at Falls City, he passed away September 17, 1969. She then married Kenneth Crofford on February 6, 1971 at Osceola, NE, he passed away April 12, 2005.

Mary Margaret was raised in Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1935. She was a lifetime resident of Falls City and was a homemaker. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and the Altar Society.

Mary Margaret is survived by her sons, James Casey and his wife Evie of Paola, KS and Paul Casey of Reno, NV, step-sons, Jerry and Roger Crofford both of Falls City, Terry Crofford and his wife Cathy of Carl’s Junction, MO, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, daughter, Wanda Crofford, a brother, two sisters, grandson, Daniel and Robbie Casey, step-children, Dennie Crofford and Barbara Killingsworth.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Falls City Catholic Cemetery with Father Lawrence Stoley as the presiding priest.

Viewing will begin on Thursday afternoon, December 17, 2020 at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
