Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher, 65, of Falls City, NE, passed away November 9, 2022 at Falls City. He was born June 15, 1957 at Falls City to Robert C. and Glenda (Zoucha) Fisher.

He married Pam Sailors in 1977 at Falls City and they were later divorced. He then married Jill Kovach in March of 2002 at Chandler, AZ and they were later divorced.

Mike was raised west of Rulo and graduated from Falls City High School in 1975. Following graduation, he operated heavy equipment and built terraces and damns locally. He moved to Chandler, AZ in 1994 where he continued to operating heavy equipment and also had some maintenance jobs as well. He retired in 2019 due to his health and in 2021 he returned to Falls City. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play baseball.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Shelley Huppert and her husband Kory of Falls City, a sister, Terri Fisher and her husband Gary Navis of Scottsdale, AZ, ½ sister, Paula Kaslon and her husband Curtis of Lincoln, NE, step-father, Paul Benitz of Falls City, brother-in-law, Joe Dougherty of Chandler, grandson, Kamdyn and Kreighton. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Phyllis Fisher.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Steele Cemetery with Father Jim Meysenburg officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-7:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
