Michelle Sailors

Michelle Sailors, 57, of Falls City, NE, passed away October 20, 2024 at Falls City. She was born April 14, 1967 at Falls City to Robert and Marcele (Schulenberg) Ramsey.

She married David Sailors on May 6, 1989 at Falls City, they divorced in 1996.

Michelle was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1985. She had worked for Wilde Tool in Hiawatha before becoming employed by Falls City Care Center and Jonesbrook, working in the kitchen and laundry department. She retired due to her health in 2014. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 20th and Towle St.

Michelle is survived by her daughters, Marcy Saalfeld and her husband Scott of Falls City, Heather Sailors of Falls City, parents, Marcele and Kenneth Kaster of Falls City, brothers, Michael Ramsey and special friend, Nikki Shubert of Salem, NE, Sean Ramsey and his wife Sara of Dawson, Kenneth Kaster, Jr. of Falls City, William Kaster and his wife Leslie of Nebraska City, Michael Kaster and his wife Liz of Falls City, nephew, Josh Kaster and his significant other Kim Keller of Falls City, sister, Patricia Gerdes and her husband Mike of Weeping Water, NE, grandsons, Conner Sailors and Cooper Curtis.

Her memorial service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Joanna Kathol officiating. Inurnment will be in Steele Cemetery.
