Pamela Rue, 75, of Falls City, NE, passed away June 3, 2025 at Falls City. She was born January 28, 1950 at Falls City to Paul and Bernice (Kopf) Harkendorff

She married Doug Rue on October 19, 1973 at Zion United Church of Christ. He passed away July 1, 2015.

Pamela was raised at Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1968. She then graduated from Doane College with a Business Degree in 1971. She started Frosty Queen with her parents in 1965 and has worked there ever since. She enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino and her pets.

Pamela is survived by her children, Paul and his wife Sara and Kelli Kennel and her significant other Anthony Candela both of Falls City, sister, Sandra Volker and her husband Scott of Omaha, NE, brothers, Mark and his wife Pam, John and his wife Darlene both of Falls City and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law, Turk Kennel.

Her memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. Inurnment will be Steele Cemetery.
