Pamela Vice

Pamela Vice, 63, of Rulo, NE, passed away February 18, 2021 at St. Joseph, MO. She was born March 10, 1957 at Omaha to Theodore and Irene (Thayer) Younker.

She married Rick Vice on September 6, 1975 at Falls City, NE.

Pam moved to Falls City in eight grade and graduated Falls City High School in 1975. She worked at Pamida for several years before becoming employed by Richardson County in the Assessors Office in 1999. She was the Richardson County Assessor, having been appointed in 2012 and winning election in 2014. She enjoyed feeding birds, gardening, an avid reader and did crossword puzzles. She attended Zion United Church of Christ Church.

Pam is survived by her husband, Rick of Rulo, children, Chris Crawford and her husband Clay of Falls City, Tillman of Falls City, Sarah Armbruster and her husband Andy of Falls City, Luke and his wife Kathy of Falls City, brothers, Dennis Younker of Omaha, Ted Younker and his wife Dianne of Falls City, sisters, Karen Marten and her husband Steve of Omaha, Marcia Younker of Quakertown, PA, Deborah Kottich and her husband David of Kearney, NE, Cheryl Smith of Florida, fifteen grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Don Brecht.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Fay Ann Blaylock officiating. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.

No public viewing, friends can still sign the book at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
