Patty Holtz

Patty Holtz, 93, of Baldwin City, KS, passed away April 9, 2023 at Baldwin City. She was born August 8, 1929 at Kansas City, KS to Floyd and Jessie (Mullins) Standiford.

She married Harold Holtz on December 26, 1946 at Paola, KS. He passed away November 28, 2009.

Patty lived in various places to do her father’s military service. She married the couple established their home in Falls City and she was a nurse at the Falls City Hospital. In 1993 they moved to Pratt, KS and to Baldwin City in 2005. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church at Falls City and a Gold Star Mother.

Patty is survived by her children, Les and his wife Trudy of Lawrence, KS, Coralie Donley and her husband Larry of Wichita Falls, TX, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Paul and grandchildren, Robert Holtz and Megan Donley.

A graveside inurnment will take place on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 10:30 AM a Steele Cemetery.
