RIta Goll

Rita D. Goll, 76, of Falls City, NE, passed away February 13, 2024 at Falls City. She was born December 16, 1947 at Falls City to James Prater and Mavis (Goolsby) Maze.

Rita was raised at Rulo, NE and graduated from Falls City High School in 1966. When married the couple established their home in Falls City and she lived in Iceland and Florida when Ronnie was in the military. She worked at Camp Rulo, The Fish Market, Falls City Ice, South Side, Sportsmans, Sportsmans II and recently was the manager of the Legion Club, she had also been employed at Gus’s. She was a member of Riverside Fellowship Church in Rulo.

Rita is survived by her daughters, Shelly Snider and her husband Greg of Kearney, NE, Mendy Goll of Kansas City, MO, brothers, Jim Prater, Jr. and his wife Barb of Rulo, Ronnie Prater and his wife Sherry of Falls City, Gary Prater of Falls City, Mike Maze and his wife Brenda of Beatrice, NE, sisters, Marsha Bowers of Beatrice, Glenna Finner of Falls City, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Chuck Maze and a sister, Gayle Buckminster.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Pastor David Showalter officiating. Inurnment will be in Rulo Cemetery.
