Richard Weaver

Richard “Dickie” Weaver, 75, of Falls City, NE, passed away April 17, 2025 at Lincoln, NE. He was born October 20, 1949 at Gridley, CA to Oland Gay and Mary Alice (Lowery) Weaver.

Dickie was raised in California. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U. S. Army and served in Vietnam. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to California and worked with his father. He moved to Falls City in the 70’s where he worked in the oil fields. He moved around a few places before settling in Falls City and has lived there since 1983.

Dickie is survived by his sons, Jeremia of Grants Pass, OR, Reilous of Denver, CO, brother, Bill of Falls City, sisters, Sandy Weaver of California, Connie Bartlett of Indiana and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and a sister and a son, Zacharia.

Mr. Weaver has been cremated and services will be held at a later date.
