Ronald Young

Ronald D. Young, 81, of Falls City, NE, passed away July 23, 2024 at Falls City. He was born February 12, 1943 at Falls City to John and Capitola (Furnas) Young.

He married Doloris Meinzer Campbell on March 17, 1982 at Falls City

Ronald ran the family business “Young Amusement” for 30 years before operating the Gallery, Oasis, and Ron’s Place. He retired in 2005 and enjoyed gardening, his flowers and taking care of his yard. He was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Church (2oth and Towle St.).

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Doloris of Falls City, children, Jon Todd Young of Texas, Christian Lynn Wilhelm of Humboldt, NE, step-sons, Jeffery and Gene Campbell both of Falls City, sister, Virginia Vice of Lincoln, NE, two grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Barb Hahn.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Steele Cemetery with Pastor Joanna Kathol officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
