Teddy “Ted” Vice, 87, of Omaha, NE, passed away May 27, 2023 at Omaha. He was born January 6, 1936 at Shubert, NE to Glen and Gladys (Ramsey) Vice.
He married Colleen Ruch on September 13, 1953 at Hiawatha, KS.
Ted was raised in Richardson County and moved to Omaha in the mid 50’s where he worked for Elanco Pharmaceutical Company for fifteen years in the maintenance department. He then started Ted’s Mower in 1968 and that business still serves the community today and he was working up until his health had started to fail. He was a member of Spirit Life Assemblies of God Church, Midwest Mud Draggers, “Q” Street Merchants association and the Better Business Bureau. He enjoyed racing anything on wheels, especially motor cross and the color yellow.
Ted is survived by his wife, Colleen of Omaha, daughters, Debra Bergstrom and Dollie Holland both of Omaha, brother, Rolland and his wife Iris of Stella, NE, sister-in-law, Shirley Vice of Shubert, grandchildren, Corie Holland and Sara Kelderman and her husband Brent. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Darlene Bednorz, Gladys Lundy, Wilda Halligan, Lila Meyerkorth, brothers, Glen, Donald, Howard and Leland Vice.
His funeral will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Spirit Life Assemblies of God Church in Omaha with Pastor Charles Davis officiating. Interment will be Saturday at 2:00 P. M. at Harris Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-7:30 PM at Spirit Life Assemblies of God Church (48th and Harrison, Omaha)
