Theresa Fankhauser

Theresa Fankhauser, 80, of Falls City, NE, passed away November 10, 2025 at Falls City. She was born May 20, 1945 at Falls City to Andrew and Catherine (Niemoller) Strecker

She married Gordon Fankhauser on November 21, 1964 at Falls City

Theresa was raised at Falls City and attended Falls City Public School. When married the couple moved to Beatrice, NE where she worked at a motel. She moved back to Falls City in 2010.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Gordon of Falls City, children, Tammy Thomasson of Nebraska City, NE, Brad of Wymore, NE, brothers, August Strecker and his wife Joan of Falls City, David Strecker and his wife Corina of Centralia, MO, sisters, Marilyn Keen of Centralia, Mary Zimmermanof and Margaret Fisher both of Falls City, grandchildren, LeAnn Hershey and Derrick Fankhauser and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death her parents, daughter Brenda Byrne and a great-granddaughter, Aurora

Mrs. Fankhouser has been cremated and private family services will be held at a later date.
