Treia Shafer

Treia Shafer, 40, of Roy, UT, passed away December 25, 2025. She was born April 30, 1985 at Auburn, NE, to Max and Angela (Love) Shafer, III. 

Treia was raised at Shubert, NE and graduated from Southeast Consolidated High School in 2003. Following graduation, she moved to Auburn, then Omaha and then to Orlando, FL where she worked for Disney World, and finally to Roy, UT.

She is survived by her partner, James Acosta of Roy, father, Max Shafer III of Shubert, mother, Angela Artz, and a brother, Max Shafer IV of Shubert, She was preceded in death by her grandparents and an aunt, Penny Shafer.

Treia has been cremated and her graveside service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:30 A. M. at Prairie Union Cemetery with Pastor Pamela Fullbright officiating.
