I was very saddened to read of Scott's passing. My prayer is that God will bring you comfort and peace, and perhaps a smile to your faces each time that you revisit the wonderful memories of Scott that you hold in your hearts. I first met Scott when I was assigned to a study hall that Scott and John Weaver (both Juniors) were also in. They were kind enough to put up with my nonsense. I have always been grateful that two very cool upperclassmen befriended me.

This is one of the passings that makes me feel really bad. Scott was so good covering Southeast Consolidated events and the events of the Village of Stella for many years. We could talk Nebraska football, some travels, and golf. He leaves us too soon and too young.
